IRREPLACEABLEBuild your first AI operator, live in three days.

Bring one task you’re sick of doing.
Leave with a system that does it.

Built by you, in the room, with me fixing it live.

The extra session. The after-hours reply. Your own plans pushed back again. You can leave the sacrificial savior role behind and build a business that supports your life, too.

Start here: three live AI sessions with Dylan Varenhorst. Give AI one everyday job, ask for exactly what you need, and learn to check the result. No earlier course required.

Registration closes October 12 at 11am Pacific. We close 48 hours early so every submission is in and every person in the room has been prepped properly before Day 1.

Ride the waves of possibility.
Keep the irreplaceable human.

When the business runs on self-sacrifice

You can care deeply without giving yourself away.

You finish a session and open your inbox. There are notes to send, a question to answer, and a post you meant to write three days ago. You sit down to work on your own idea and spend the next hour catching up instead.

You answer after hours. Add the extra session. Say “it’s fine” when you already know what it will cost you. Your own work, rest, and plans keep becoming the things that can wait.

This is the sacrificial savior role: being the one who stretches, rescues, and makes it work, even when you have nothing left. It can quietly become the way a business survives.

Maybe that helped you get started, pay the bills, or keep a client. You can appreciate what got you here and decide it’s no longer how you want to live.

You can leave the role behind and keep the gifts.

In integrity with your own energy

Let your business respect what you know about yourself.

Your business gets to be in integrity with you.

Being in integrity with your own energy means your calendar, prices, and promises reflect what you can honestly give. You get to enjoy the work and mean the yes you give it.

Your rest, joy, and freedom matter in their own right. They belong in the way you build the business from the beginning.

Deeply resourced. Highly fulfilled. Insanely profitable. Doing work that makes a real difference. That’s the vision of the fulfillment-first entrepreneur—with your own life included in what success means.

In practice, that might mean space between clients. A clear end to your working day. Prices that pay you properly. Help with the jobs that keep piling up. You choose what you offer, what needs your personal attention, and what you are no longer available for.

Your values come with you

You don’t have to sell your soul to get some help.

If AI makes you wonder whether your work will feel fake, impersonal, or less yours, that matters. The way we use it has to respect the trust people place in you.

We start with your own ideas, teaching, and words. AI can help organize them, prepare a draft, or gather the resources you want to share. You read it, change it, and decide what leaves your business.

No invented stories or testimonials. No passing off an AI conversation as personal attention from you. Be clear about where AI helps and what your client is receiving. Use material you have permission to share.

Your gifts, judgment, and relationships are yours. Support gives you more choice about where your energy goes. That includes time that belongs entirely to your own life.

You are irreplaceable.
Your constant involvement shouldn’t be.

Why AI belongs here

Give your boundaries some practical support.

You can decide to finish work at five and still have an inbox full of things that need doing. A boundary needs support in the way the work gets done, too.

Think of the email you keep rewriting. The explanation you give every new client. The good idea in a voice note that never makes it into a post. AI can help when you give it your own words, an example you like, and a clear job.

For example, you could use a lesson you’ve already recorded to draft a simple guide for new clients. Or turn a voice note into an email you can edit and send. You keep the judgment and the final say.

AI is one part of the change. You also choose your hours, what clients can expect, and which work you want to keep doing personally. We’ll start with one everyday task and learn how to give it useful support.

Build support around the life you mean to live.

Start with your everyday work

What’s eating the time you wanted for something else?

You only need one place to begin. Most people land in one of these four.

The onboarding conversation. The how-this-works email. The five questions that arrive before every first session, in slightly different words each time.

  1. What you bring

A recorded lesson or a service description, plus the questions you’re always answering.

  2. What we build

A welcome guide in your language, with the explanation, the resources you point people to, and the reflection questions you want them arriving with.

  3. What stays yours

What you teach, what you promise, and the read you have on what each person in front of you actually needs.

We’ll choose one on Day 1 and build it together.

What we’ll do together

Bring the thing that keeps landing back on your plate.

We’ll work on one piece of your business across the sessions. I’ll show you an example, then you’ll try it with your own work. There’s time to build while we’re together.

  1. 01Day 1
    120 minutes

Find a place to make life a little easier.

Look at what keeps eating your time and what you wish you had room for. Choose one task AI could help with. We’ll get clear about what you want done and what a good result would look like.

    You take away

One job to start with, written out in plain language.

  2. 02Day 2
    120 minutes

Show AI how you like it done.

Bring your own writing, teaching, or examples. Follow along as we give AI a clear job and the information it needs. Try it, look at what comes back, and make it sound and feel more like your work.

    You take away

Instructions you can use again, plus a first draft or piece of work to check.

  3. 03Day 3
    120 minutes

Try it out. Make it yours.

Use a few different examples to see where it helps and where it gets things wrong. Decide what you’ll always check yourself. Make a simple plan for using it over the next month.

    You take away

Your first way of getting help with the task, a checklist for checking the result, and a plan for what comes next.

You can be new to this. We’ll take it one step at a time.

Bring your questions to the group. Private setup help is not included.

What you’re actually building

This is what you walk out with.

Not notes about AI. A working document for one real job in your business.

IRREPLACEABLE / WORKING NOTES
THE JOB
A welcome guide for new clients.
WHAT I ALREADY HAVE
My service description. A lesson I recorded last year. The six questions everyone asks me before we start.
WHAT I WANT BACK
A draft built from my own teaching, in my language, that flags where something’s missing rather than inventing it.

01 / ASK FOR HELP

The instructions. The context. The examples. The judgment calls the work depends on, written down so they survive without me in the room.

02 / MAKE IT MINE

Does this read like my work?

  • Test it on something familiar.
  • Test it on something awkward.
  • See what it does when information is missing.
  • Check every fact.
  • Rewrite anything that doesn’t sound like me.
  • Read it properly before it goes anywhere.

By Day 3 this document isn’t a worksheet, it’s an operating instruction you’ll still be using in March.

Your guide

I’m learning to stop being the answer to everything, too.

I’m Dylan Varenhorst, founder of Sage for the New Age and author of Power Moves.

I could help other people see what was possible for them. In my own business, so much still came back to me: what to say, what to make, what to send, and how to get it all done.

Being needed was tied up with feeling valuable. I’m learning to separate the two—and build a business where caring about the work doesn’t mean personally carrying every part of it.

AI is one of the tools I’m using, alongside clearer boundaries and harder decisions about the work I actually want to be doing. I publish the whole experiment as it happens in the Journal. What I try, what helps, and what I’ve had to throw out.

In IRREPLACEABLE I’ll show you that work and put you through it on your own business. We start with something contained enough to understand and useful enough to matter.

Follow the experiment in the Journal

From my own business

I built Power Moves. You can try it.

Explore the Power Moves app

Power Moves is the astrocartography app I built around my own work. It’s live now: enter your birth details and explore your planetary lines on a world map.

I’ll bring that experience into our live working sessions: the instructions, the pushback, the checks, and the decisions that shape the result. We’ll practice on one everyday task from your business, so you can see what useful support looks like for you.

Is this for me?

For the one with a big vision and a very full to-do list.

You help people through a skill, a service, something you teach, or something you create. Maybe you’re a coach, practitioner, reader, consultant, or someone finally making room for their own work.

You might be busy with clients and running on empty. You might be building alongside a job or family life, wondering when your own business will get a proper chance.

You don’t need a team, a big audience, or years of experience with AI. Bring something you already offer or know how to help people with, a task you keep repeating, and a few examples of your work.

You’ll need a laptop and a willingness to try. We’ll work on one useful piece together. You’ll be doing the steps with guidance, rather than having your whole business set up for you.

The invitation

Give your energy a place in the way your business works.

Bring something you offer, a task that keeps eating your time, and a few examples of your work. We’ll take it one step at a time across three live sessions. You’ll leave with reusable instructions, a first version to try, and a checklist for making the result your own.

A yes you mean. A no that holds. Work that pays you well and leaves room for your own life. Let’s put practical support behind that.

A few things you might be wondering

Straight answers.

Yes, and most of the room will be in the same position. We start with an everyday task and your own material. There’s no code. If you can join a Zoom, open a document and follow along, you can do this. We keep the first build deliberately contained so you understand every part of it rather than ending up with something clever you can’t maintain.

Leave the old role behind

Let your business honor your energy.

The business you built to get by doesn’t have to decide how you live from here. You can keep your care, your gifts, and your ambition while changing what the business asks of you.

This is the fulfillment-first entrepreneur: building toward deep support, meaningful work, real profit, and a life you are free to choose. Being in integrity with your own energy is where that begins.

Bring the vision. We’ll start giving it practical support, one piece of your business at a time.
